Quick Start Guide
WASH YOUR HANDS WITH SOAP
Wash your hands whenever you are about to handle your cup.
STERILIZE THE CUP
Use our sterilization bag or boil in boiling water for at least 5 minutes and a maximum of 8 minutes.
COMPOSITION OF THE CUP
Rinse the cup with water and fold it. You can find the two most common folds of the cup in the detailed instructions.
INSERT THE CUP
By relaxing your pelvic muscles, you can easily insert the cup. Make sure it is properly positioned and open.
EMPTYING THE CUP
Simply pull the stem out about 1 cm. Gently press the two small bumps on the end of the stem and hold until the blood is released. Then push the stem back in.
USAGE TIME
We recommend using the drain several times a day. At least every 12 hours, the cup must be removed, and washed, and then it can be used again.
TAKE OUT THE CUP
By pushing the vaginal muscles outward, the cup will almost come out on its own. Then, squeeze the side of the cup with one finger. This will release the vacuum created and you can easily pull the filled cup out.
EMPTY THE CUP AND RINSE
Empty the filled cup and rinse it thoroughly with water. That's it. The cup is ready for the next insertion.
MENSTRUATION HAS ENDED
Rinse the cup with warm water. You can sterilize it in our sterilization bag or boiling water and store it in a cotton bag.
