How many LUNA+ menstrual panties do you need?

As the ONLY Menstrual Aid
3 pieces: Light to Moderate Menstruation
- You have some clothes on / others are being washed and dried / and still others are ready to be exchanged.
4 pieces: Medium to Heavy Menstruation (MOST POPULAR OPTION)
- 2 pieces for day, 1 for night, and one pair of panties in reserve while the others are being washed and dried.
5 pieces: Very Heavy Menstruation
- 3 panties a day and 1-2 for the night.
As an addition to a tampon or cup:
1 piece
- To test how you feel.
- To a menstrual cup/tampon for 100% safety during extremely heavy menstruation, sleep, sports, and social events.
2 pieces
- For use in case of light bleeding at the beginning or end of menstruation.
LUNA+ panties have a large capacity similar to night pads. Due to their thinness and 100% leakage protection, they are suitable for any light and heavy period. You should change them for clean ones after a maximum of 12 hours or sooner, depending on the strength of your period.
If you have very heavy periods, you may need to change them more often, mainly for your comfort. Compared to competing products, the panties are made of a special material that maintains the feeling of dryness for a very long time.
You usually wash your panties in the evening so they are dry by the next morning. You can hand wash them after use.
Our recommendations if you're not sure:
First, buy 2 pairs of panties. Try them on your weak days and also on the heaviest day of your period. Try them at night too.
Then decide how they suit you and buy more if necessary.
Use of pads/tampons depending on the strength of menstruation (approximately):
Very strong - super tampon/large pad will not last longer than 3 hours
Strong - 3 large/super tampons or large pads per day
Medium - 2-3 regular pads or regular tampons per day
Weak - one normal pad per day or 1-2 "mini" tampons
