How to choose the cup size?

A quality menstrual cup is very flexible and seals well, even if it is more compressed. You don't have to worry about it not fitting you. However, natural childbirth plays a crucial role in a woman's life.

That's why we have prepared two cup sizes for you:

  • SMALLER (1) size select:
You are under 30 years old and have not given birth or have given birth by cesarean section.

  • LARGER (2) size choose:
You are over 30 years old or have given birth vaginally.

If you are around 30 and are hesitating:

- We also recommend a smaller cup size for women who feel tight and have trouble inserting super and larger tampons.

- We also recommend a larger cup size for heavier periods, for women with loose pelvic muscles, or for women who use the largest tampon sizes.
