For hygiene, trying LUNA+ underwear on over your own clean underwear is recommended; this is not an additional prerequisite or exclusion from the 40-day commercial return/exchange period.

LunaCare offers one 40-day commercial return guarantee from delivery for eligible, unused and unwashed items. This commercial guarantee is additional to and does not affect statutory consumer rights.

For LUNACUP menstrual cups, the voluntary change-of-mind commercial return guarantee does not apply if the hygiene seal supplied by LunaCare was opened after delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
