Using menstrual underwear
Choose a size and cut that fit well. Adjust how often you change the underwear to your flow and your experience with the product. Change it if it feels damp or uncomfortable; for a heavier flow, consider changing more often or using additional protection. Leakage cannot be completely ruled out.
