For heavy days, choose leak-proof LUNA+ classic. A barrier at the sides lets blood spread across the absorbent area instead of escaping sideways. LUNA+ classic holds up to 35 ml (size M), more than a typical heavy day brings (15–25 ml). LUNA Swimwear is not a heavy-day option on its own.
There is no single lifespan for every product. With proper care, LUNA+ underwear lasts 2–3 years, depending on how often you wear it. Check the care instructions for your specific LUNACUP or LUNA Swimwear product.
